Charlie Ray, owner, and operator of "Around the World Promotions" & Charlie Ray Music, is the shy one with his head down, but sporting a well deserved "Promotor of the Year" award held in Las Vegas, NV. Charlie is the one who "discovered" me, as I performed at the Opryland Hotel in May,93. I was then signed to the record label in June of 93.
